thank you, yes, that’s really helpful. The loft company use a private building control firm so I will see about contacting them.
It’s frustrating, we’ve been trying to talk to the company doing the loft since the day the soil stack was installed but they ignore us, now suddenly the plumber is coming tomorrow afternoon but with no actual plan. Hopefully if I can get hold of the building control company they might be able to give some suggestions.
