That looks like the soil vent to me and so I think you can vent the soil stack via the red line shown instead. Building regs will require a vented soil pipe to stop smells coming back into bathroom. Was not aware you could not bend the vent pipe ? If not, can you vent directly up through roof tile or is that too close to window ?
