We have done the same. We have a PIV to install. Sent the tech spec on it to Building Control to get their agreement which they approved. No idea if it’s going to be totally effective but the hope is that it’ll get rid of condensation on the old original windows in bedrooms, as well as push clean air into the rest of the house too. Cost about £700 I think so not a huge expense. Much more expensive than just sticking a continuous fan through a wall though – that would be the cheapest and simplest thing to do and with modern fans being so quiet and cheap to run I think it’s a perfectly valid solution tbh.
