We had slanted ceilings in our last place all around the kitchen (|_| shaped). Depending on the angle, have a think about if it’s possible to move the units forward, so you get deeper worktop and you have more head space. Another option is to build a stud wall and move the whole kitchen a bit forward if angle is bothering you and you have the space to allow for it. If not, sockets will be ok, you can use hooks and custom shelves to get some extra storage. It’s not ideal but hopefully not a deal breaker either.
