That is a tricky one and to be honest will take careful planning to ensure the pitch doesn’t affect you working easily at the work top, make sure based on your heights it won’t cause you aggravation with your heads.

You can easily have the sockets you need but based on the pit he and measurements you will need to really make sure the architect plans are really detailed to inform the kitchen designer too and electrician.

Just for your own personal checklist:

Make sure the take into account:

    Final finished floor heights

    Wall finishes

    Window and frames

    The tap with the sink

    Would be an issue?

The space is going to be much more limited on the worktop for appliances and prep.

The extractor I would go as far as looking at a whole extension ventilation unit, something that then eliminates the need for an extractor and far surpasses the performance of a typical extractor fan! I would recommend anyway for extensions but this then is a no brainier if you cannot add one in!

Zehnder sell the units for kitchens can help you further with this.

It’s a bug bear of mine that most homes don’t have sufficient extractors and don’t realise the health risks.

Hope this helps and so sorry!
