Your insulation depends on whether its in internal wall or underfloor but so many brilliant options I work with from hemp from (Indinature) to Pavatex (wood fibre) and Diathonite (wall plaster) and Cork is a cork plaster when applied to internal walls with Natural Hydraulic Lime.
