I’ve just had a quote from a plasterer. My room is 8ft x 14. The top half of the wall needs stripping back and around the window. The ceiling boards need screwing tighter and skimming. And reskim the whole room. I did say as a cash job and he’s come in at £880. 2 guys 2 days Inc. Materials. I’m in NELincs. So I would suggest thats probably a good price. But check out his plastering skills 1st!!
