Hi All, Looking for advice on what I should expect to pay for a detached garage conversion in the south east. I have created plans and attached pictures as well as a basic spec. It is a fairly simple design for the purposes for an office for the larger room and a small utility partitioned off. There utility will just have a condenser dryer so no running water is required. I wish to run a feed from fuse box under driveway as well as ethernet cable. This distance is approx. 6m. to run under. I would like(but optional if costs are high) to board out part of the loft for some storage and a loft ladder. The bifold doors are 3.32m x 2.05m and can be PVC or Aluminium and of course it will need a lintel and altering of the brickwork to house them. I would like it to be put through building regs, I believe it is a permissible development from speaking to them. If anybody can assist with a ball park figure that I should look to pay and any recommendations as to good builders carry out the works within Essex please. Thank you for you assistance in advance.

My neighbour had this done recently and paid about 14k. Minus the partition. Kept the garage doors.

I have similar sized detached garage that sits at side of house, converted to a bar with boarded loft, cost approx 14k, not sure where you are but can highly recommend a guy, fantastic finish, can send you a video over of the finished bar if you like

It will be converted to a habitable space, i would ball park 16-20k depending on the quality of the bifold and kitchenette and available drains
